Carl I assumed you already had the photo in your possession when you made the offer. I do not have the authority to allow you to access Qwest equipment without going through channels. Thus, unless the photo is simply of the equipment plain to the naked eye (ie, you do not have to open boxes, etc) please hold off until Qwest can review a request. Sorry for the inconvience.
