If your client has not, to this date, had a visual inspection of that cross-connect box, then you had no business signing a paper (as you did on January 3) that "denied" the spare locations.

I raised this with you on January 6, and have reminded you of it twice since then. It is now the 19th, and ten business days have come and gone. I would have hoped that ten business days would be more than enough for your client to hop in the car and drive five minutes to view this cross-connect box. Can you commit to a date by which your client will provide its response?
