What did the Coop's equipment cost?

We purchased our DSLAM for about $5000. Later we managed to purchase a spare DSLAM for just under $1000. Each DSLAM included one 24-port SDSL line card and an AC power supply.

Most of the DSL modems were purchased as used equipment on eBay, for prices ranging from $10 to $30. Others were purchased used, directly from former customers of Northpoint after it went out of business. (Northpoint used the same type of Copper Mountain SDSL equipment that we are using.)

Our protectors, made by ITW, cost about $12 each or about $250.

Our wall-mount rack cabinet cost about $280.

We purchased two Netopia R7100-C SDSL routers for about $60 each.

Our UPS, a rack-mount model, cost about $700. A temperature-humidity monitoring card for the UPS cost about $120. An external card enclosure for the UPS cost about $15. An SNMP card for our UPS cost about $124 on eBay.
