This letter authorizes the Ruby Ranch Internet Cooperative Association ("the Coop") to act as our communications representative agent when dealing with Qwest regarding a distribution subloop. We authorize the Coop to obtain information and/or copies of all our network services and to order and manage all negotiations for the installation of distribution subloops services for the above-listed address. This authorization shall remain in effect until canceled by us in writing. This letter of agency rescinds any other letter of agency/letter of authorization previously entered into by us regarding a distribution subloop.
