Present on the call were yourself, Nancy Donahue, and Richard Corbetta. You presented Qwest's position which is that Qwest will not enter into an interim agreement with our Coop. If we want to launch service in 2001, we must give up our arbitration rights. We can sign a non-interim agreement now, and give up arbitration, or we can wait until the arbitration and appeals are done and then sign an interconnect agreement.
